In collaboration with Institut d'Estudis Nord-americans.
Make learning English fun and dynamic through storybooks, songs, games, crafts, routines and much more! In this course you will develop tools that keep your students engaged, actively involved through a variety of fun EFL activities and experiences. We will also work on ways of adapting and executing activities so that your students love learning English. Teaching very young learners is not an easy task, so come and discover new ideas that will boost your confidence and keep your students engaged. In this course you should be ready to participate, share ideas and have fun!

1.To discover stories that work well for 3-6 year old students and how to adapt and use them in class.
2.To add a variety of dynamic activities and learning tools to your teaching repertoire.
3.To create, receive and share material that you can directly take and use in the classroom.
4.To feel more confident teaching English to very young learners and to understand their needs and wants in a language-learning atmosphere.

| Continguts |
This is a practical course where all of the learning and teaching will be hands-on. You will:
-have access to stories that work well with very young learners.
-learn tips and techniques for managing an English language class.
-discover techniques to introduce and practice the target language and vocabulary in fun and interactive ways.
-create and adapt fun activities for stories that you can take directly into your classroom and use.
-discover a variety of topics that take learning beyond the language objective for very young learners.
-learn to include arts & crafts, drama, storytelling, games and 21st century skills into your English classes.
-discover a variety of assessment methods.
-participate and collaborate on a project to present and share to the other participants.

-Teachers will be assessed by their peers and tutors on their presentations in groups on the last day of class. Teachers will develop a story including activities that develop each of the skills.
-Teachers will also be assessed in the active participation in the class forums online.

| Requisits de certificació |
1.Minimum attendance: 80% of face to face hours.
2.Positive evaluation of every task proposed during the course.
